DAY THREE -- Two games slated for tonight as the Nuggets and Bulls try to even things up and I try to push my prediction percentage to 70.
Tonight, in day three of the NBA playoffs, we see a toned down schedual featuring only two games, both on TNT. In our early game the Bulls will take on the Heat as they try to contain Shaq's dominance down-low and even up the series. In the late game the Clippers host the Nuggets as they try to go up 2-0 on the higher seeded Denver.
Bulls at Heat, 8:00 PM, TNT
Thoughts: Ben Gordon caught fire in game one and made it a close contest, but Gordon is known for being streaky and a repeat performance is not likely. Shaq on the other hand, expect more Tyson crunching goodness.
Nuggets at Clippers, 10:30 PM, TNT
Thoughts: One would think being the three seed and having teams losing just to play you would be enough to fire up a team, that was the thinking behind my game one prediction. I still believe the Clippers will win the series, but Denver is too gutsy a team to go down 0-2.
